You don’t have to wait for Live2Lead in the fall, Ottawa hosts many great leadership opportunities throughout the year! Like Live 2 Lead Ottawa, Leadercast and The Global Leadership Summit are simulcast events that features many great speakers and an opportunity to network with industry leaders in business, not-for-profit, and government from our great city.

Coming up quickly on May 5^th, Leadercast aims to strengthen the community and has contributed over $36,000 over the past 4 years, with this year’s net proceeds going to the Ottawa Mission. The theme for this one day event is Powered by Purpose: “Purpose is what defines us, drives us, and empowers us. Every detail of the experience is purposefully crafted to inspire and engage you in surprising and meaningful ways. Discover the steps you can take to uncover your purpose .… to reconnect to your organization’s why … and to truly live, work and play in this world, Powered by Purpose.”  The speakers include: Molly Fletcher, Daniel Pink, Henry Cloud, Suzy Welch, Andy Stanley, Jess Ekstrom, Tyler Perry, Don Miller, and Jim McKelvey. There are still tickets available so act quickly!

The Global Leadership Summit is scheduled for October 19^th and 20^th.  This 2 day event is telecast live from Willow’s Campus near Chicago to 675+ sites in 125 countries and 59 languages. It promises “a unique blend of vision, inspiration and practical skills you can immediately apply”.  As the event approaches, more information will be available.

I am excited to announce that Live2Lead Ottawa will held on Friday, November 17^th. Live2Lead is an extremely informative leadership event that is hosted every year in Ottawa. It provides its attendees with an array of new perspectives on how to lead your team toward the growth and development of a successful business. Live2Lead provided its Ottawa audience with many practical tools and key takeaways. In the words of John Maxwell, it left us wanting to “think different and think forward”.
