Nesbitt Training will use 30 years of proven experience along with the methodology and core principles of the John Maxwell Teamwork and Leadership Training and other complementary materials to deliver a customized training filled with leadership insights and practical applications that can be used daily to improve leadership ability. While keeping in mind that we rarely leave the company, we usually quit the leader, this training aims to better not only the participant, but the entire company as well.

COURSE DESCRIPTION

This on the job and fully customized training will provide the participant with the ability to move into a leadership position and move forward in their career. By working closely with both the participant and their employer, Nesbitt Training will develop a training schedule and to meet their needs with the understanding that the employee will still need to work during this time. This program includes practical knowledge of Nesbitt Training in combination with select concepts of the John Maxwell certification Program, as well as incorporating a variation of school of thoughts from several other industry leaders. This training includes both formal lessons and on the job training to ensure that concepts are understood and put into practice.

The only thing we have control over is ourselves, but if we start with ourselves we can affect change for those around us. By growing ourselves and our leadership skills, we are able to influence others in a positive way. Mark Nesbitt brings lots of experience as a leader to this interactive presentation which includes discussions and videos to compliment the material of this half-day course. Mark’s many years of experience as an industry professional have provided him with a practical insight into leadership and he is able to compliment the course material with stories and anecdotes which show both the good and bad experiences he has had as a leader himself. By understanding that we can’t directly change the people around us, but we can change the atmosphere through process, this course looks at the significant impact a leader can have. Leadership is influence and participants will leave with skills and tools which are both practical and applicable.
